2024 MakeX Robotics Competition-International Invitation Tournament(Japan)
from July 27th-July 28th, 2024,
The competition will be held under the supervision of researchers from Showa Women’s University Institute of Modern Education.

■内容
MakeX2024のSTARTERの競技「All-Core Journer」に向けた、ロボットの制作とプログラミングの交流大会を開催します。基本的なキューブを運搬する機構、アリーナ上を自動運転するプログラミングを学ぶ二日間です。ロボットコンペティションの競技に関心を持ち、世界の友達と交流し競争してみましょう。

■日時
2024年7月27日（土）、7月28日（日）　9:00〜17:00

■場所
昭和女子大学 西体育館（東京都世田谷区太子堂1-7-57）
東急田園都市線（半蔵門線直通）「三軒茶屋」駅下車　徒歩7分

■参加費
ロボット持参の方 : 無料
ロボット購入の方：19,800円(ロボット代)
ロボットレンタルをご希望の方は事前にお問合せください。

■参加者条件
6～13歳（2024年12月31日時点年齢）の青少年
※メンター（20歳以上で会場での、メンバーの保護・引率の責任を持てる者）が必須。
※２日間の参加が必須。

■利用機材
・mBot2(CyberPi)をメインのロボットとして使用。
・パソコン　※ロボットを動かすためのパソコンを持参が必須です。
事前にソフトウェアのインストールを行ってください。

■募集人数
外国人招待選手約40人、日本人選手40人（親御様見学可）

■スケジュール
1st Day
The first day is an exchange match.
The Japanese players are rookies who are trying MakeX for the first time.
We will form an alliance between a foreign team and a Japanese team that have already been practicing.
Aim for a high score together with foreign players on the blue team and Japanese players on the red team.
In the AM, please work together with your alliance team to build a rookie robot.
We will play two games against that alliance in the PM. Compete based on total score. We will also evaluate each alliance team on the MakeX concepts of creativity, teamwork, fun, and sharing.

1日目は交流戦です。
日本の参加者はMakeXに初めてチャレンジするルーキーです。
既に練習をしてきている外国チームと日本のチームでアライアンスを組みます。
青チームを外国の選手、赤チームを日本の選手で一緒に高得点を目指してください。
午前中にルーキーのロボットづくりをアライアンスチームで協力して行ってください。
午後にそのアライアンスを2試合行います。合計得点で競います。また、MakeXのコンセプトであるクリエイティブ、チームワーク、楽しむ、共有するを各アライアンスチームを評価します。

13:00-14:30 Building robot

2nd Day
On the second day, the tournament will be held in a regular format.
Preliminaries will be held in the AM. Alliance teams will be formed randomly.
The team with the highest total score in the preliminaries will advance to the finals. (Selected by majority of participating teams)
We will hold an alliance meeting and record and evaluate the highest scores from the 3 games.
In addition, teams that liven up the tournament by cheering on the teams they interacted with will be evaluated.
Finally, an awards ceremony will be held to close the event.

2日目は通常の試合形式で大会を開催します。
午前中に予選を行います。アライアンスチームはランダムに組まれます。
予選の合計得点が高いチームが決勝へ進みます。（参加チームの過半数を選出）
アライアンスミーティングを行い、3試合の最高得点を記録し評価します。
また、交流したチームの応援など大会を盛り上げたチームは評価対象になります。
最後に表彰式を行い閉幕します。
